You may view, download and print material from this website for your own internal reference, provided you do not remove or alter any ownership or attribution notices. You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its normal operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system, network or account connected to it.

You agree not to reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit the content of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. We may withdraw or suspend access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

The site and its content, including text, layout, graphics, logos, product and platform names and the underlying design, are owned by Amanah or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Amanah name and marks, and the names of the components of the Sovereign Stack, may not be used without written permission.

Nothing on the site transfers any right, title or interest in that intellectual property to you. Where the site describes technology that is delivered to an institution under a written agreement, the ownership of the models and weights, and access to the source code, delivered under that agreement are governed by that agreement, not by these terms.

The site may reference partners, operators, standards bodies, certifications and frameworks, and may link to third-party websites. These references are provided for information only. Named organizations and marks remain the property of their respective owners, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement of you or of any third party.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Following an external link is at your own discretion and subject to the terms and policies of that third party.

Some figures and outcomes on the site are described as illustrative or as reference points drawn from Amanah and UIS Cloud engagements. They are provided to convey capability and scale, not as a guarantee of any specific result for your institution.

Any performance, accuracy, capacity or resilience characteristic that matters to a deployment is defined, measured and committed only in the written agreement for that deployment, against your own environment and requirements.

A central principle of Amanah is that a sovereign deployment runs on your own soil, under your own law, operated by your own team, with data and inference held inside your perimeter by architecture rather than by promise. That principle describes how sovereign platforms are engineered and delivered under a written agreement.

The public website itself is an informational property and does not host institutional data or run sovereign workloads. How the website handles the limited information you choose to share, such as a contact inquiry, is described in the Privacy Policy.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amanah makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability of the site or of the information on it.
